Applying tags from the projects list
Tags are managed directly from the Projects list — there is no need to open a project to tag it.- Navigate to the Projects list.
- Find the project you want to tag.
- In the Name column, the project’s current tags are displayed as coloured badge pills next to the project name.
- Click any existing tag badge — or the tag icon (shown when no tags are assigned) — to open the tag picker.
Using the tag picker
The tag picker is a dropdown that shows your full tag library:- Tags are grouped by their parent tag groups.
- Currently applied tags appear at the top of the list with a checkmark.
- Use the search bar inside the picker to filter tags by label.
- Click a tag to toggle it on or off.
- Tag changes are saved when the picker closes — you can select or deselect multiple tags in one session before closing.
Overflow badges
If a project has more tags than can be displayed inline in the Name column, the remaining tags are summarised as a +N badge (e.g. “+3”). Hover over the badge to see a tooltip listing all hidden tags.Removing a tag from a project
